Right from the start, it was clear—the future homeowners wanted technology to seamlessly integrate into their lives without clunky boxes and tangled cables disrupting the aesthetic. They dreamt of a purpose-built plant room that would house their technological marvels.

With this in mind, we embarked on creating a unified interface that harmonised a plethora of technologies:

Imagine a home that sprawls across 12,000 square metres, spread over four interconnected buildings. Our task? To seamlessly connect these spaces through a web of technology, bringing them together in a symphony of convenience and comfort.

To achieve this, our dedicated team meticulously laid over 20,000 km of cables, ensuring robust connectivity. We strategically positioned more than 250 CAT6A network sockets, reserving Wi-Fi for mobile devices and optimising the network's performance.

Illumination Perfected: Lutron's Grace

Lighting—vital for ambiance—was elevated through the finesse of Lutron's technology. With over 150 lighting circuits and 5 amp table lamp circuits, we painted the home with light, allowing each corner to be a canvas of mood and comfort.

Security was paramount. Our security system, monitored to perfection, offered an umbrella of protection and tranquillity for the client—a reassurance that their home was safeguarded.

Cinematic Dreams Unveiled: The Ultimate Forever Home

This home wasn't just technologically enriched; it was destined to be a cinematic paradise. From 12 TV locations to 22 zones of audio and a basement cinema room, this haven was designed to be a sanctuary of entertainment.

All this technology seamlessly converged through Control4's intuitive interface. But our journey didn't end there. The home is now enveloped in our Trust Pack maintenance package, offering round-the-clock support—a true testament to our commitment to client satisfaction.
