We have an opening working in our Nottingham offices for an Administrator.
Working alongside our Finance and Operations Team you will be responsible for the following on a day to day basis:
- Answering inbound calls
- Confirming appointments with clients via phone, text and email
- Receiving of goods and allocating to projects
- Responsible for and tracking of RMA’s
- Updating of our CRM system
- Updating of product database ensuring the accuracy of cost prices and technical specification of products
- Creation of O&M Manuals
The role will require extreme attention to detail and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
