New Build Home Automation Stanton-on-the-Wolds

Varley Property Developments have been building high quality homes in the Nottinghamshire area since 1990 and we were honoured when they asked us to be involved in their latest two new builds in Stanton-on-the-Wolds, Nottingham. 

Each plot spans approximately 1500 square feet and built side by side they are mirror copies of each other.

The client's scope was to install a home integration system that would create a seamless and efficient living experience for the home owners from the very first day they moved into the property. They also wanted to ensure that the new homeowner had the flexibility to scale and expand the technology in their home should they wish to do so in the future.

Included in the integration is the lighting system, network and wifi, multi-room audio, CCTV and access control, all controlled through a user friendly centralised system.

Our initial discussions with the client began before the construction work had started to enable us to finalise the design requirements and produce detailed drawings and cabling schedules for the construction team on site.

Our final design and installation included:

• Integration of smart lighting throughout the home allowing centralised control of the lighting throughout both whilst home and away
• Installation of a robust and reliable network and wifi infrastructure to give seamless connectivity throughout the property
• Installation of a multi-room audio system allowing homeowners to enjoy their favourite sounds in high quality throughout the house
• Installation of a sophisticated CCTV system for enhanced security and featuring remote access capabilities for the homeowners
• Installation of a door entry system for added security and to provide easy operation of the driveway gates whilst in the home.
  
  

By working closely with the client, the different trades on site and our trusted network of manufacturers we were able to deliver a high end solution within budget and on time.
